When we tell our dog we are taking him to Barkarittaville (for daycare) or mention the names of the dogs he plays with there, he runs to his leash, eager to go. We took in two dogs recently and now have them going to daycare too. We can tell from photos that they are enjoying it as well. I've boarded my dog at this resort several times, with his most recent stay lasting 11 days. Every experience has been excellent, thanks to the team's outstanding communication, professionalism, and customer service. My dog has special needs, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate his care—something I've found is not offered at many other boarding facilities. I just really have to update my review based on recent events in the news and on social media. I rescued an English bulldog in 2024. They had been caring for my purebred girl at the time but she didn’t like dogs and I wanted my sweet rescue to socialize. I took him to daycare here and they sent me videos of him very much monitored and cared for in the pool with a full life jacket and supervision. When he passed ( he died in my home due to surgery complications) multiple employees showed genuine remorse. They still treat my girl like a queen and are incredibly kind to us knowing the loss we went through. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. You absolutely get what you pay for. Thanks for always being good to us. My dog must’ve really enjoyed her stay because when I walk her now she tries to walk us down the road back to the resort 😂 They accommodated her since she isn’t good with other dogs. She’s an English bulldog so she needs lots of care and it’s obvious they cleaned her wrinkles and gave her her medication during her stay! I recommend them to everyone and will be using them again!
